Cyber Security and Privacy Initiative Committed to improve the cyber resilience, the company commissioned an independent assessment on its current position within platform and technology companies. I saw an opportunity to develop my skills in this specialized domain while provisioning expertise in program management, and I joined the team as Senior RD Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of increased compliance and operational security and privacy measures company wide.

HAD for Daimler ​operations HERE Technologies has been awarded by Daimler the contract to implement Level3 Autonomous Driving with Dynamic Content solution for Mercedes E- and S-Class models globally, including China. I led the Operations program having in scope the complex integration of HERE services, Daimler Cloud and in-car client.

China Market Expansion Operations Over the 3 year program, HERE Technologies committed to offer Chinese market the same portfolio of Location services as in global markets. To add complexity, HERE Technologies was one of the first major enterprise customers of AWS China. I was asked to form and lead a team which deployed and operationalized these services in China.

Program Management Standards Advisory Board Founding member of ​HERE Program Management Standards Advisory Board, defined and promoted implementation of Program Management standards across company.

Zero Infrastructure Footprint Initiative The successful service migration to AWS pilot project I ran proved feasibility for larger Digital Transformation program as part of Cloud First strategy. I completed HERE Location services migration to AWS, covering technical and non-technical requirements, including architecture review, deployment, monitoring and support, legal, IPR, business continuity, security and privacy.

I led the product development and QA program management initiatives for E-commerce Payment Aggregator program, and worked with internal project managers and third party providers to define and execute program strategies. The program enabled more than a billion customers to purchase Nokia Store content through operator billing (over 120 operators or carriers in 91 countries) and credit cards with a single click action.

In parallel with product development projects on "in-app purchase" feature for mobile devices and newly launched app store, I led the integration of AT&T US carrier and Nokia Store, effectively enabling mass-distribution of Nokia devices by AT&T in United States as part of North American market penetration strategy.

As part of Stress and Performance Testing unit within WAP and Browsing Gateway Quality Assurance team, I took over the testing environment expansion project. On one side, I delivered double capacity by optimizing the usage of existing assets and implementing test automation process. In parallel, I coordinated with tool vendor the development of new required features and signing off the tool acceptance testing.

Along with daily IT support tasks at headquarter office, I led my very first Digital Transformation project by implementing on national scale (50 sites, 100+ workstations) the real-time warehouse inventory reporting, sales and financial information consolidation capabilities. By replacing the phone, disk and paper based updates, company reported 15% cost reduction and streamlined fleet management operations.
