Responsible for safe and efficient conduct of Perth based flying operations Qantaslink. This involved liaising with other flight crews, cabin crews, ground services providers, operations centers, government regulating bodies as well as contingency management. Through efficiency reviews able to save 10% fuel for the client for some operations whilst enhancing safety. Initiated Communication reviews to increase flow of information to raise engagement levels and personnel efficiency within the organisation
