• Recruitment of scientists and physicians into Research and Clinical Development roles (full end-to-end process) • Operational Excellence and project coordination, working across Talent Acquisition processes and policies • Complex problem-solving and communication, i.e. COVID-19 TA work model impact response, candidate communications • Liaising across different HR teams for process/policy review and innovation • Reporting and analysis, incl. internal audit, hiring metrics, 3rd party spend
