Establishing and leading a newly introduced customs team at the site in Jenbach. Responsible for the creation of customs tariff numbers and requesting country-specific import certification, review of country specific sanctions and providing on-time all required customs documents. Implementation and simplification of processes for the area of customs compliance. Support of customer if they have customs problems in various countries. Operational broker support for imports as well as exports.

Clarifications with 3rd parties according to needed Export / Import Certifications (Gost-R, CCC, ...); Continuous contacts and requesting certificates in time with 3rd parties (Certification Bodies); Cross Check of all Information according to Deliveries; Clarification of the local source condition (compliant sourcing in destination countries);

Qualification of initial sample products, fast solution with quality problems and carry out supplier audits. Responsible for the quality improvement of suppliers and their development. Additional contributions to TRS projects as well as collection of country- specific certificates (like GOST-R, CCC). Supporting within this Projects our Customers mainly in Russia for importing spare parts due to new customs regulations.

Compliance processes Project development and implementation for the collection and management of Supplier information and product data sheets; Implementation strategy of a new supplier of systems and supplier training for new applications. Preparation and improvement of reports in the framework of the implementation of compliance initiatives. Participation in various TRS projects (ISO, DoC, etc.)

Administration of databases; Creation of reports and evaluations, as well as visualization of processes (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS SQL Report Builder); Diploma Thesis project - Model of a serialization of engine components.
