- Manage program resources and ensure program specific targets for quality and time are compatible across the platform. - Coordinate platform specific activities to ensure reliable delivery of certification targets. - Lead project delivery across the platform - Monitor and manage all Automated Issues Management System items. - Budget calculation for the new vehicles required for each model year. - General planning across worldwide markets for each model year. - Ensuring risk management

- Daily supervision of the production process and staff. - Create and modify maintenance plans, procedures and work instructions. - Conducting Pareto analyses for determining the root causes for internal issues. - Performing FMEA as an errors prevention tool for the production process. - Conducting 8D Analysis in order to solve different customer complaints. - Performing Layer Audits and participate to internal/external audits. - Participate as a member in several continuous improvement projects.

- Spare parts ordering using SAP. - Design landmark sketches using Catia V5.
