• Acted as Program Manager for wireless projects in Venezuela and Surinam on: CDMA Deployments (swaps, new cells, upgrades), Network Retrofits, QoS Benchmarking; using using MS Project and/or P6 Primavera software for project schedule control and SAP for financial tracking. • Lead four (4) Projec Managers, and all supporting units. • Supported bidding Managers, in the development of proposals for RFPs and RFIs regarding Venezuela´s LTE deployment.

• Lead Project Execution Plan of a EPC deployment project, of 2705 km optical fiber infrastructure with a budget of USD 80.000.000, reporting to General Program Manager. • Directed a team of five (5) Regional Project Managers, PMO unit, and all rollout supporting units (30 people). • Managed subcontractors (11 middle size subcontractors) related project lifecycle relationship including selection, formation, management, and termination.

• Managed subcontractors (Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, Texeira Duarte) related project lifecycle relationship including selection, formation, management, and termination. • Lead Project Execution and all activities related to the deployment of 5796 km of fiber optic infrastructure. • Lead Project Team, integrated by more than 40 people (PMO team, Rollout team, and supporting team).

• Supported bidding Managers, in proposal development process for OPSUT, a turned key EPC project, which consisted in the execution of 5796 km of optical fiber infrastructure’s, with a NOC and 200 Nodes, with a budget of USD 320.000.000. • Lead procurement process to select an end-to-end Integrator for the deployment of digital video services as part of the scope of Cantv’s IPTV project (worth USD 20.000.000) and Venezuelan´s satellite system (Venesat-1) (worth USD 98.000.000)

• Acted as Project Coordinator of a group of eight (8) engineers and eight (8) PFCs, in order to performed detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications for wireless broadcast and electronical installations. • Conducted RF site surveys and installations. • Worked with outside vendors and internal organizations to have RF site surveys performed and required equipment procured and installed.
