Assisted Hiring Managers in a consultative capacity with various elements of their in-house recruitment including streamlined interview processes, strategic branding of jobs, and providing them with overviews of the industry as a whole to assist with their workforce planning.

• Made use of various talent sourcing pipelines to fill jobs across Programming, Art, Design, and Production in the games industry. • Qualified and pre-screened candidates for vacancies, and fully prepared them for technical and face-to-face interviews, managing the entire candidate process up until offer stage.
