Responsible for Information Systems, IT Infrastructure, Client Services/Web Services (software development), Sarbanes and Oxley regulation for IT services, Business Continuity Plan & IT Disaster Recovery, Service Management, International resources coordination

I worked on some very innovative projects to provide services which could be used by clients and suppliers (eg Insurance surveyors). My team included both developers and IT technicians. We developed tools for the surveys management used in various countries (eg Brazil, Spain, UK, etc) which merged IT technologies to manage data, documents, images. Moreover my team managed the IT infrastructure of all ItalBrokers offices (Genoa, Milan, Rome, Turin).

This working period gave me the opportunity to know industry business processes (see the following list) and to increase my knowledge in term of analysis and development skills. I merged my study at the University and my work so I could apply the IT training directly to the software development.
