• Assisting the Senior Executive Team with strategy implementation and business development (key accounts: developing partnerships with both traditional stakeholders : UN bodies, international organizations, embassies, ministries, NGOs and new stakeholders : corporate sector) • Providing project management : in charge of the external evaluation required by our funder, the Swiss Confederation • Organizing conferences

Administrative and organizational management of the high-level track (ministers, ambassadors, representatives of UN agencies, leaders of civil society, academia, etc) of the World Summit on Information Society : emails, invitations, correspondence, phone calls, document preparation including personalized agendas for each high-level participant, logistical management for meetings and conferences rooms ; ensuring full support to participants, etc

• Managing the minister’s schedule. • Dealing with official and confidential correspondence with strict respect to protocol. • Organizing ministerial meetings and writing minutes. • Welcoming international and/or high-level visitors • Managing public and internal events • Internal communication : writing reports and analyses on various international issues • External communication : writing press releases, etc.
