Expansion of business in other geographic regions and optimise utilisation of resources. 4. Control project cost overrun and project deliveries which would not impact project profitability. 5. Plan and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and profit opportunities.

1. Responsible for overseeing the life-cycles of multiple new client projects, from the sign off to project launch and beyond. 2. Direct daily workflow operations and finished projects within tight deadlines. 3. Liaison with Ministry of Science: Communication and Technology, Bangladesh and Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh. 4. Liaison with diplomatic missions of different countries. 5. Representing organization in international expositions in Europe and Middle East.

Heading training activities for faculty and technical staff members and working closely with senior management at Regional/Country Office and looking after the centers’ academic operations to adhere to ISO 9001 standards and quality control measurements of Aptech Worldwide Inc. Defining and planning courses and related details for corporate training offers of the organization.
