I dealt with Individual Learning Account (ILA) enrolment forms when issuing, recording and sending them out to the Welsh Assembly to claim funding on behalf of students.

I actively participated in the organisation of the Summer School. I put in place an accommodation database that helped us to manage more efficiently the provision of accommodation to our students.
