Leading NSN wide Services pricing activities, creating and implementing Services Pricing Strategy. Driving selected key Services Sales cases and global projects, cooperating closely with Global Services BU, Customers, Services Sales and regional pricing.

Drive Partner sales in West Europe and support the Customer teams in developing and maximizing Partner business within the Region.

Head and lead the NSN Academy, reporting directly to the Executive Board. NSN Academy has a worldwide presence (350 people), with 40 training centres globally serving NSN Customers and employees, organizing over 30000 training days per year and covering the complete spectrum of Technical and Business & Leadership portfolio.

Head and lead FT/Orange Customer Teams for Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Romania, Slovakia, Russia and Middle East and Africa (team size: 50 people).

Head and lead Orange Switzerland Customer Team.

Planning & leading successfully Ericsson’s largest SW design project at that time. 33 design centers at 18 subsidiaries and over 1000 persons involved at the peak.
