I held the position of the junior lawyer of the banking department. For the most part, the working process was in English (international contracts, business correspondence, conferences, opening bank accounts with the whole corresponding documentation, etc.). The company's services also include registration of new companies in any jurisdiction, international tax planning, opening and operation of bank accounts worldwide.

I held the position of the assistant of legal counsel. My job was connected with the arbitral procedure. Most of cases were connected to the breach of contract. During the internship I cooperated with the appropriate authorities as the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the Moscow Arbitration Court, the Moscow Regional Arbitration Court, the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District and others.

Internship in the contract department of the company. Database maintenance of the contracts, drafting, treaty-making, backletters and so on.

The working process was connected with the customer service (selection of the required services, calculation of total cost), conclusion of contracts with them, tracking the performance of works, signing of acceptance reports, coordination of activities of staff.
