Responsible for performance evaluation and establishment of actions regarding management and manufacturing process in plants which are not presenting good performance. Focus on continuous improvement in plants of Middle East Africa.

Responsible for commissioning and startup of a brownfield plant to enhance the production capacity at 2,6 million tons of cement per year in a CAPEX Project of US$ 800 million . Coordination and management of the engineering and technical team designated to perform the commissioning activities. Interface between project team, suppliers and plant operation.

Responsible for optimize the productive performance of industrial area of all Brazilian Votorantim cement plants and support technical missions abroad. Technical support to define and implement new projects inside Brazil. Leadership of the process engineering team in Brazil and the interfaces with projects, quality, maintenance, supply and product development.

Leadership and deliver annual EBITDA results around R$ 140 million incoming from all manufacturing areas, maintenance and production from quarry to dispatch in a cement plant over 240 direct employees and 300 indirect employees. Management of 9 direct managers/supervisors and 15 indirect supervisors/coordinators. Management of an annual budget of R$ 160 million. Ensure the good relationship with the local community and all interested parts (local authorities, trade unions, NGOs).

Responsible for process optimization of 5 cement plants in Brazil and consultancy and technical support in Latin American plants with technical audits, engineering and performance analysis and operational benchmarking. Responsible for a greenfield project development of 1,8 million tons per year in south of Brazil. Support technical decisions from the board referring to industrial strategy, product development and technical plant performance.

Responsible by production areas as clinkerization, co-processing activities, fuel preparation, refractory and quality control. Support the plant management ensuring the correct budget development and management, CAPEX planning, managing goals, cost management and people management in the production activities.
