I am a husband, father of two, church elder and entrepreneur. I am passionate about family and one of my aspirations is to build and leave a legacy for my two sons. This makes me a highly motivated person to achieve my goals. I am not shy to work hard, learn new skills and become the best version of myself. I am a team player with excellent people skills which aligns me in a unique position to see an organization and the people within it succeed. I consider myself teachable and I love to teach others as well, to see people mature in their aptitude. I am part of the Novi Global Recruiting team as a Recruitment Director, working out of Cape Town, South Africa. My sector of industry is Information Technology (cybersecurity, front end developers, game testers and the many other areas that IT has to offer), Engineering and the Oil industry.
