Performed Mobility Audit for 500+ international assignees. Tracking and analysis of all executive roles and incumbents for Business Division. Supported annual SAR allocation process.

Responsible for managing all international assignments within Deutsche Post up to the acquisition of DHL; became part of steering group to harmonize group-wide assignment policies and processes and supported business restructuring by facilitating mass relocation from Bonn to Brussels following the acquisition. Managed standard HR processes for foreign branch offices in Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Prepared individual income tax returns (US and German) and tax equalization calculations for expatriate clients. Correspondence with the tax and social security authorities. Provided tax consulting on various cross-border tax issues relating to international assignments.

Prepared US individual income tax returns (states and federal) and tax equalization calculations; prepared cost projections; was involved in tax consulting projects (e.g. new policy development for client)
