Managing IT Talent Acquisition across Integrated Supply and Trading (IST) BP’s Global Oil and Gas trading arm.

This was a strategic project role to design, implement and deliver a 100% direct sourcing Talent Acquisition model into the Gatwick Airport IT department. Working closely with the CIO, Senior Leadership Team, HR and Finance, the project was successfully delivered. I delivered on senior roles across all areas including Cyber Security, Architecture, Innovation, Project Management, Business Analysis, Testing and Infrastructure including “Heads of” roles.

Specialised in Asset Management, Investment Banking and Insurance in the city of London and throughout the UK. Worked in partnership with clients to provide IT Permanent Specialists, Contract/Interim Consultants and Executive Search and Selection Services.
