Collaborate with COE’s on process design. Manage Interns. Global HR Project & Change Management: Implement a new TA tool, new 3rd party provider for CH, DE/AT, CZ, PL, FR & AME. Global implementation of a LMS, TA & PM tool & process, roll out Trainings Academies incl. process design, support model for global service delivery.
