Supported the development and then the implementation of DT's Core Communication Strategy for Europe in regards to voice, messaging and video calling services. Designed the product requirement and prepared proposition fact sheets, target costing, business case for the most appropriate solution in DT's centralized platform for VAS Roaming services.

Developed and monitored the implementation of the product strategy for retail Roaming for consumer segment (strategic portfolio design principles, high-level user experience and go to market strategy) in close collaboration with HQ and subsidiaries. Ensured the compliance with the Regulation for retail roaming. Reviewing the success of new products /portfolios based on insights gathered via market research and data mining analytics together with our central and local experts, deriving appropriate measures.
