Setup of training calendars, training needs and training requirements of the employees, coordination of training registration, liaising with third parties, "How-to"-assistance to the employees seeking support in all HR matters (Administration, Comp & Ben, Learning & Development and Appraisals, maintaining strong working relationships with HR Partners ( HR in the Country, HRitB, PPI and other HR Services)

Execution of all HR processes, in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring high quality data management in SAP as well as documentation. - Creation, verification and management of all HR records according to applicable requirements. - Maintaining strong working relationships with HR Partners ( HR in the Country, HRitB, PPI and other HR Services). - Delivering and monitoring of HR Services according to rules and guidelines, procedures, legal standards and country specifics requirements.
