- Managing E2E recruitment processes from the stage of intake calls with hiring managers, to the offer stage, in close collaborations with HR Generalists and hiring managers for the Benelux - Working closely with a team of Sourcing Partners - Identifying the most successful sourcing strategy and channels for each role - Building and managing talent pools for potential future vacancies - Managing contacts with agencies

Responsible for the recruitment process for American Express in Germany and The Netherlands: • Source, shortlist and pipeline suitable candidates according to the business needs • Mange accurately databases with candidates • Manage and extend verbal offers to candidates • Maintain relationship with the clients via email, phone call and video conferences. • Lead and advise sourcing strategies and social media strategies • Cooperation with the external agencies and different external stakeholders
