I lead sustainability strategy consultancy and technology implementation at Infosys for EMEA and APAC. I have grown revenues from 0 to $1m in 6 months at Infosys through re-designing go-to-market sales strategy, identifying quick wins through partnerships and closing down ineffective propositions. I rebuilt team morale through securing thought leadership with WBCSD, empowering team in sales and delivery to companies such as Associated British Foods, Unilever, Enablon, MTN, Abu Dhabi government and BUPA.

I built a £1m sustainability consulting practice and recruited a delivery team of 8 consultants offering consultancy and IT services. Using the sustainability lens, I designed corporate strategies to identify new ways of achieving business goals that are in balance with environmental and social capital for companies such as Airwave, Vodafone, EDF and CEMS, and helped win and deliver two of the largest smart grid programmes, Low Carbon London and Project Falcon.

I initiated and proved the business case for Logica to reduce its environmental impacts, leading the subsequent programme to multiple awards such as the Sunday Times Greenest Companies, £30m savings over four years and a five to one return on investment. Areas of success: - ISO14001 accreditation dramatic improvement - Corporate leadership with CDP - Staff engagement at 81% within 6 months - Carbon reduction at 23%

I managed several IT projects, delivering from AU$50k up to £1.5M (in 3 months) across 3 different continents. Team sizes up to 80, and included IT and management consultancy projects through full lifecycle, managing teams, subcontractors, finances and ensuring deliveries in all projects.
