• Lead all operations of the Manufacturing section. • Responsible for preparing the budget for investment programming in machinery, materials, studies and work improvements. • Control of indicators of productivity, performance, losses. • Comply with the objectives established in terms of Safety, Quality, and Production. • Lead, develop and train all production personnel. • Works closely with the Quality Control department to coordinate testing and release of materials and finished products.

• Coordinate and manage the necessary personnel based on the required production needs. • Lead the continuous process improvement initiatives. • Oversee production operations areas, including production plant and maintenance. • Ensure proper execution of all Production SOPs" • Oversee and conduct audits/reviews of production facilities independently to ensure that efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity • Lead problem solving and troubleshooting activities for Processing.

• Supervision of the entire packaging process and responsible for enforcing the production plan. • Organize work teams to carry out continuous improvement projects. • Responsible for the Review of Productivity Indicators, shrinkage, product quality, safety, downtime, product changes. • Responsible for closing Process Orders, consumption of materials, loading of workpieces, Payroll Variations through SAP

• Design process visual aids for all production lines for worker training. • Redesign of the distribution of the storage area for the optimization of finished product spaces.Responsible for compliance with the objectives established in the Indicators of Productivity, Residues, Quality, and Safety of the product (KPI). • Responsible for securing the production area and enforcing hygiene and industrial safety standards.
