Also, i leaded special audit, investigations/ fact-finding when suspicious activity occurs; this included highlighting risks or inefficiencies by analysing workflows, samples and by performing interviews; Prepared quality audit reports; incorporating auditees' answers or feedback; monitor the status of audit recommendations and appraise adequacy of action taken.
