I was responsible to lead audits during the whole audit process (preparation, on-site visits, reporting and reconciliation). Also, i leaded special audit, investigations/ fact-finding when suspicious activity occurs; this included highlighting risks or inefficiencies by analysing workflows, samples and by performing interviews; Prepared quality audit reports; incorporating auditees' answers or feedback; monitor the status of audit recommendations and appraise adequacy of action taken.

I planned and execute audit procedures based on understanding of the client’s business, the risks it faces, and its internal control processes; Gained exposure to a variety of industries and business models to increase understanding of how organizations operate; Examined interim and end-of-year accounts; collected and reviewed financial accounts and other operational data; challenged the effectiveness of current working practices; Updated executive managers on risks identified and recommended actions.

Assisted on compensation and benefits administration; provided advice for writing job descriptions; organized recruitment process, testing & interview, provided staff orientations; Identified training and development opportunities, organized staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
