Built Excel/Power BI dashboards for 50+ stakeholders, standardized 12 recurring workflows with SOPs and SharePoint structures, and helped automate supplier-related reporting using Power Automate/Power Apps. Contributed to ISO 9001 QMS documentation and OKR rollout, working with cross-functional and international teams.

Project Engineer in a CAD services company for industrial dies in the packaging industry. Managed up to 6 parallel customer projects from enquiry through design, testing and delivery, coordinating with design and quality teams to achieve 100% on-time delivery with zero quality rework. Created templates and checklists that reduced design cycle time and improved planning, and mentored junior engineers on documentation and drawing standards.

Intern in automotive manufacturing, supporting logistics and assembly-line continuous improvement. Analysed material flow and internal logistics using TPS / Lean tools (JIT, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping) to identify bottlenecks and support layout and sequence changes that reduced handling time by around 10%. Documented findings for supervisors and cross-functional teams in a clear, structured way.

Focus on Production Development, Operations and Logistics. Completed a master’s thesis on reducing waste in supply chain processes through digital, KPI-based solutions.
