• Developed a sourcing base in India by qualifying new suppliers, the program has delivered 15 million USD savings and increased our competitive position by maximizing spend with local suppliers enabling us to increase our market share. • Established new procurement resources and capabilities that included development of new work process and building a new team to support Air Products growth strategy in India.
