With a 1-year Scholarship from German Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy we founded the B2B-matching platform in 2015. We developed an algorithmic backed matching process for SMEs, corporates and NGOs to find their perfect advertising agencies online. Became profitable in 2019. Exit to Brussel based scale-up Sortlist SA.

fischerAppelt is one of the leading PR & advertising agencies in Germany. It employs a team of 700 people and works for 265 clients in 10 locations worldwide. I was trained in business development and supported the offices in Munich and Hamburg by winning and working for clients like AEG and MINI. During my time the agency experienced a turnover growth by 110 %.

Soma Analytics developed the first scientifically validated smartphone app that helps companies and employees manage stress and mental health at work. Soma's assets got acquired by Hong Kong based Prenetics Group to expand its product portfolio from Genomics into behavioral health.
