Managing clinic visits and surgeries for patients from Italy, Spain, Romania, and Czechia, overseeing a team of 12 interpreters. Coordinating pre-op inquiries from global clients, focusing on Italy and Spain. Facilitating communication between doctors and patients, selling comprehensive packages encompassing transfers, hair transplants, and aftercare services. Also promoting diverse aesthetic treatments and facilitated cross-sales at Doku Medical, founded by Dr. Serkan Aygin.

- Built relationships with new customers while retaining existing customers, helping to increase annual sales.
 - Followed up on the production process of all customers’ orders. I am sending samples of each production in order to get approval before the shipment.
 - Forwarded customer criticism for each production and helped to increase the quality and on the other hand decreased the range of mistakes and defective products in terms of quantity.

- Managed the buying process of raw materials from numerous textile producers in order to optimize the garment cost.
 - Played an important role as a bridge between the main office in Italy and the production in Turkey in terms of translating the clients’ needs to the producer factory avoiding any kind of misunderstanding that can affect the quality of the product.

- Assisted clients in finding travel package deals for their needs and provided assistance before and during their trips.
 - Provided necessary land services and booking for accommodation, local tours, and transfers.

- Issued tickets for international boat trips between Bodrum and Kos.
 - Arranged necessary documents required for traveling and delivered them to port authorities for each traveler.
 - Helped clients in getting a daily visa to travel from Turkey to Greece.

- Organized the most suitable itineraries based on available travel routes.
 - Ensured that all the flights, ground transportation, hotel reservations arranged accurately provided assistance when it is necessary during clients’ stay in Kos.
