Heading the consolidated Noble Denton marine services section from our Milan office, with operations management in Southern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. We have special focus on Marine Warranty Surveys for development projects, rig moves and project cargo, we deliver Marine Surveys to international standards (CMID, OVID, etc.), and consultancy to offshore and marine projects with services like Owner's engineer, technical advisory or construction supervision.

Starting up the Noble Denton marine services (NDms) practice in Italy and the Mediterranean, in particular: - industry local penetration, by developing and keeping local contacts - NDms local sales management - service delivery as management of local resources on local contracts, selecting resources and applying DNV working standards - service delivery, as coordination of international DNV resources and project delivery to local clients

Marine Warranty project management for offshore wind projects. Responsible for the operational risk management of the projects, leading the Marine Warranty Surveyors onsite.

Working between Corporate Development and Sales and Marketing, I supported detailed design and implementation of new organizational structures for Account Management, Costumer Service Management and Technical Sales Support
