Consulting clients in the area of Enterprise Architecture, i.e. managing complexity and change using architectural concepts, in some cases in a mid- or long-term by assuming the Chief Architect role within enterprises.

I managed a Swedish consulting services practice with focus on ecommerce, business process management and systems integration (approx. 80 practitioners). I consulted clients in the area of enterprise architecture, in particular, in the context of large business and IT transformation programs. A representative example of my client consulting experience during this period: I consulted a client in the retail industry in implementing and rolling out global retailing and fulfilment capabilities.

I managed and lead teams of 15-20 people, both in a project and program context as well as in an annual human resource / people management perspective. I consulted clients in driving transformational initiatives applying enterprise architecture. A specific example of my client consulting experiences during this period: I consulted a client in the financial services industry with the transformation of their retail channel solution capabilities pursuing a multi-channel platform strategy.

I consulted a client in the financial services, telecom and downstream oil industry with the definition and adoption of a enterprise architecture framework which included the modeling of their business architecture, application architecture and technology architecture and the definition of appropriate architecture assets such as e.g. reference architectures.
