• Management of the sourcing portfolio (100M€): steel, plastic raw materials, injected plastic parts, air conditioning systems, sheet steel parts, locks… • Management of the sourcing team: 18 employees, in France (Sarre-Union) and Spain (Barcelona). • Member of the Ensys Board Committee.

• Market surveys for worldwide plants (injected plastic parts, sintered metal parts, stamped parts). • Sourcing project management: negotiations with suppliers and flow implementation.

• Market surveys and RFQs for worldwide plants (injected plastic parts, cardboard boxes, aluminum parts, stamped parts, sheet metal work...).

• Responsible for locally sourcing parts for the Písek plant.

• In charge of a project concerning the internal flows of goods.
