As Manager Operations I am responsible for a team of 15 highly skilled senior developers and central point of contact for customers from Marviq. In this role I am part of the Management Team of Marviq and participate in the creation of the yearly budget and act accordingly by for instance reporting planning, actuals & financial forecast. In this role I also participate in the bid process and facilitate sales in creating winning proposals.

As Delivery Director of the Professional Services (PS) organisation of Service2Media I am responsible for the delivery off all the projects, starting at the proposal phase up until the submission of the app's to the stores and handover to the Maintenance & Support department.

As Business Unit Manager I was responsible for the daily operations of a team of web developers with which TSI created websites for travel agencies and touroperators (both B2B and B2C). In this role I was also responsible for the projectmanagement & servicemanagement of projects and customers of the business unit.

Development manager of technical team (developers, architects, testers & projectmanagers) creating e-Business websites & SaaS solutions in the Leisure & Travel industry.

Responsible for the international Global Billing Platform (GBP) Program in which several international Projects were defined to accomplish worldwide eBusiness Hosting revenue billing. These projects included staff from both the Netherlands as well as China and the US.

Managing several large e-Business projects for Volkswagen and Audi Netherlands (corporate identity sites, dealer network sites, online occasion finder, dealer locator etc.)
