Reporting to the Chief People Officer Europe and the CEO Switzerland, newly created role leading the People function for Switzerland (approx. 550 employees in Zurich and Geneva) with 4 sub-functions: i) Talent Attraction ii) Professional Development & Staffing iii) Human Resources iv) Learning.

International group active in audit, accounting and tax services, operating in 95+ countries and 47'000+ professionals. Build-up and leadership of the full HR function and team for Switzerland and Global Compliance and Reporting (from 180 to >400 employees) with our team of 8.5 FTE (from 3) based in Zurich, Lausanne and Barcelona. Creation from scratch of a new legal entity in Barcelona. Additional responsibility for Sustainability incl. health, D&I and B Corp and Equal Salary certifications

Chargé de cours / Dozent. For both initial education (bachelor students) and continuous education (professionals). HR management and Career management, Rights and duties of the manager, Responsibility and culture of failure, Change management, Resilience, Psychological safety, Creation of meaning and purpose.

Build-up and leadership of the full HR function and team for Switzerland with our team based in Zurich and Lausanne.

Additional responsibilities for Payroll for the broader group: team of 3 for approx. 650 employees in Switzerland and across the EMEA region.

Full range of HR responsibilities for the asset management group Quantum Global (up to 100 employees across the EMEA region and 8bn US$ assets under management) with a special focus on Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility incl. the setup of a new office in Dubai.
