Thesis: CBD’s Regulatory Impact on PPAR-gamma Pathway in Radiation-exposed Organotypic Brain Slice Cultures Conducted experimental research using organotypic mouse hippocampal slice cultures to investigate CBD-mediated regulation of the PPAR-γ pathway following radiation exposure. Gained hands-on experience in tissue culture, sample preparation, ELISA, LDH assays, data analysis, experimental troubleshooting, and scientific documentation.

Two years of part-time experience in a medical genetics research laboratory, contributing to Tay-Sachs-related research. Hands-on experience in cell culture, PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, mouse experiments, and behavioral assessments. Developed strong laboratory skills, attention to detail, and experience working with both molecular and in vivo experimental approaches.
