Chaired pre-interview recruiting process for 50+ candidates from profile completion, managing connections between ~20 hiring companies and candidates through Excel, transferring post-interview confirmation candidates to 3 account managers. Targeted 5-10 digital marketing campaigns through Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and in-house platform using keywords, Autopilot data, and mail merges, diversifying and increasing candidate pool for low opt-in roles by 15%.

Launched recruitment process focused on targeted marketing to underrepresented groups (Black, Latinx, LGBTQIA+, etc), creating a personal-narrative focused application on Typeform with 15-18 questions and a virtual video interview portion. Collaborated with facilitator and founder to create a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging 6-week interactive curriculum on Mighty Networks for 20 participants to increase acumen on disparities in the industry as a patient, employee, or provider.

Evaluated founder’s planned operation procedures’ potential for nationwide compliance as a telehealth scheduling start-up by compiling insurance regulations across 50 states and surveying market size through interviews with reps from 18 institutions. Identified 5 market competitors through market-based research using academic journals, experimental studies, and related articles on existing telehealth software, enabling the founder to establish three markers of differentiation prior to our launch.

Advocated for 120+ patients’ preferences and needs (diet, language, schedule…), coordinating with translators, speech therapy, and recreation departments, maintaining patient files up-to-date and easily readable, highlighting key information. Increased productivity of front-end facility operations by 50%, distributing specific COVID-19 check-in procedures and visitor interactions to a bilingual speaker, reducing barriers to efficient in-take for non-native English speakers.
