•Responsibility for real estate contracts and activities for Austria from finance aspect •Monitoring and reconciling vendor and customer accounts •Evolving and monitoring the control functions/ check points for real estate processes •Operating and controlling the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing process •Supporting the central finance team in Austria •Supporting other real estate relevant projects (eg. IFRS16) •Invoicing and bank booking for Luxembourg

•Building up a controllingsystem for a new business unit •Preparing the monthly accounting and invoicing of engineer working hours •Quarterly forecasts and yearly business planning •Ad hoc and regular reports and analysis to support the management decisions •Member of the projectteam to implement a new project management system - key user role

•Analyse the revenue and stock data •Preparing of daily reports of stock, transport and scrapping
