One of 75 Americans Representing the United States in Germany as a participant in the Congress Bundestag, Parlamentarische Patenschaft Program.

As a culinary extern I worked mostly on Hot Apps, where I prepped for and cooked a variety of dishes such as fried soft shell crab, and boudin stuffed quail among many others. I helped with hors d' oeuvres and main items for banquets. And I assisted in the garde manger station, and at the end began learning the sautee station.

Worked as a team to create a theatre summer camp for children. Designing theme related activities, games, and snacks. Organized day to day activities and calendar for the extent of the camp. Strong improv and artistic skills required to keep children entertained and engaged.
