Promoted to VP Sales & AM within 13 months.
Built the Spanish sales & AM team from scratch : from 0 to 10 people, zero churn, and performance consistently above company benchmarks. A 19% referral rate (double the average) reflected a genuine customer-first culture. Onboarding and CRM frameworks became company-wide standards. Promoted to Country Head Spain within 13 months.
Acquired new supply partners across Spanish, French and Portuguese-speaking markets, building Holidu's early Southern European partner base and working closely with Product to optimise platform integration and booking performance.
