Responsible for the recruitment process for overseas projects and head office positions, Responsible for the recruitment process of expats for projects and head office positions, Preparing monthly consolidated personnel list and statics, Managing Internship Program (Taking applications, Organizing Test Days, Conducting Tests, Placing Interns) Following and reporting indicators related with the recruitment process

Responsible for the recruitment process both for stores and head office positions. Participating as an Assessor in Assessment Center applications (Competency Based Interviews, Presentations-Case Analysis, Planning In-Trays, Role Plays, Occupational Personality Questionnaires, etc.) Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and Maintaining regular contact with possible future candidates.

Structured recruitment processes in accordance with the related job competencies such as; Quality Positions , Technicians , Operators , IT Sourced external candidates according to relevant job criteria Pre-screening resumes and utilizing recruiting tools and systems to track all candidate information and ensuring compliance
