Our vision is to transform HR into One Global Organization renowned for having human capital at the heart of its processes. Responsible to steer half of the portfolio of the implementation of HRT (12 countries in 2019) with the support of 8 project managers.

Led the implementation of the Global HR Transformation project in several countries (Singapore, Australia, Turkey). The implementation included 3 pillars: HR Processes, IT – SAP SuccessFactors and People Transition.

• Lead and coordinate the eRecruiting team (8 direct reports & IT consultants) in order to define & control the eRecruiting budget, program phases and major milestones.

• Plan, control and execute the Rollout of the SAP eRecruiting system on the assigned Companies (France, USA, Switzerland, Singapore). • Develop & implement the training concept for the eRecruiting Project.

• Lead the recuitment team in order to guarantee the successful talent acquisition for all positions nationwide. • Responsible for the design and implementation of the Competence Recruitment Process. • Responsible for the design & implementation of onboarding process.

• To coordinate the recruitment process nationwide • To coordinate the “Newcomers” process.
