The project ‘Sustainable competitiveness of SMEs in turbulent economic and social environment – a network approach’ aims to create a co-evolvement process towards a successful management model for SMEs that combines the European innovation and organizational learning model with Latin American survival strategies in turbulent economies. As part of this project, the objective of my research was to investigate SMEs in turbulent times and compare them among European countries, Brazil and Argentina.

Whilst giving “Business in English” courses, I demonstrated outstanding training and coaching skills as well as excellent abilities in the management functions of planning, leading and controlling.

During my one year stay in Spain, I collected experiences in the logistics department, in which I accompanied and coordinated the transition of one of the big delivery provider. Moreover I gained experiences in administrative services such as customer claim management and inventory management.
