- Lead the cross-functional development of a first-in-class antibody therapy for type 2 diabetes, integrating CMC, pharmacology, toxicology, regulatory affairs and early clinical development. - Develop and execute the integrated program strategy from lead candidate selection through CTA/IMPD preparation and first-in-human readiness. - Manage external partners (CDMOs, CROs, consultants) and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely program execution.
