I provide individualized and quality language and communication skills training programs. I use my extensive international experience to improve intercultural understanding and communication when working globally, both in person and virtually. I also help better understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies and ADKAR® change management practices. Skills training includes: ADKAR®, multi-generational leadership, diversity, lean management, intercultural communication, and team building, among others.

I delivered Business English communication skills training at various international businesses in Hamburg and the surrounding areas incl. Philips GmbH, HELM AG, medac GmbH, Lehmann & Voss & Co. KG, and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ISGH). I also focused on more needs-specific requirements like presentation skills, intercultural communication techniques, and successful negotiation techniques.

I instructed international students, immigrants, and refugees to help improve their work, social, and daily English skills as well as taught cultural differences within their new surroundings in the states of Illinois and Iowa.

I taught private corporate classes focusing on Business English as well as intercultural communication skills individually and in groups comprised of primarily Turkish executives in online gaming, consumer electronics, and polymer manufacturing industries. High profile clients were: IDDAA; Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.; and Eaton.

As the only native English-speaking trainer in the academy, I was the pedagogical lead for students' English acquisition. As such, I was responsible for incorporating the differences between the US and South Korean educational curriculum.

I led a team which researched industry standards to develop new programs for all levels of students. We developed engaging intensive courses and comparative grammar lessons by utilizing various types of educational techniques, e.g. micro-learning, multi-platform, blended learning, e-learning, face-to-face, and synchronous and asynchronous learning.

I was in charge of training over 100 new teachers for 8 branches throughout Busan as well as responsible for observing, evaluating, and helping develop teachers' classroom management and teaching styles. I also lead workshops of cultural awareness as well as improved the employees skills based on industry standards. I was the liaison between management and teaching staff. In addition, I helped to promote the company through various television promotions, brochures, and radio interviews.

Focusing on young learners, I taught phonics, grammar, speech, and comprehension skills. I incorporated a variety of curriculum to help students understand the English language better.

I taught basic, elementary, and intermediate English skills. I was also the liaison between business management and the native English speaking staff.
