I am responsible for the Trade & Risk Management business in EMEA East (Nordic, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, CIS, Central & Eastern Europe, Greece, Turkey, Middle East and Africa). EMEA East represents 40% of the global TRM revenue, more then 200 customers in 34 counties. My responsibility is to manage a solution team of 180 people, to revive existing client relationships and max. the business potential, to investigate the ROI of our customer investments, to build success stories and analyst acceptance

The main objective was firstly to build a strategy for the treasury solution business in Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa and secondly to build market visibility and customer acceptance on the long run for our offering.

Responsible for marketing Reuters products/solutions in Switzerland and Central & Eastern Europe and to manage a team of Marketing Specialists in SCE. This included launch, guideline and support of these products and responsibility for commercials, price list and customer relationship.

Main objectives was to promote the entire Reuters solutions range in SCE, to established local partnerships and to manage a team of Risk Solution Specialists based in Zurich, Geneva, Vienna, Istanbul, Moscow, Istanbul, Warsaw, Prague, Budapest and Bucharest.

Main responsibility was the introduction of the new line of Risk Management products in CEE and the set up of the Risk Management organization. In this function I built up and led a team performing business development and consultancy for Reuters Risk Management Solutions within the region of Central Europe. This included the launch, implementation and 2nd level support of these products and the selling of consultancy services.

Responsible for Information Management systems marketing in CEE

Brought on board to be part of a new founded derivative department, Market Maker for the Index and OTC Book. Responsible for risk management and product development for the equity and derivative department.

Supervision and coordination of projects in the field of macro economic. Giving lectures and seminars.
