As a Banking & Financial services Consultant my focus has been on the analysis, modeling and implementation of financial processes mainly focusing on the payments area. BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT Functional analysis - requirements identification; - process modeling; - functional analysis (User Stories and Use Cases, User Acceptance Test).

GRADUATE TALENT PROGRAMME I have been part of the Consultant by Degree graduate programme which represents IBM top graduate talent program. I worked on Digital Strategy and Business Process Management projects for the following clients: - Banking - Financial Services - Retail distribution

I was involved in the re-shaping of the group post-trade division based in Italy (Monte Titoli Spa part of Borsa Italiana Spa). My main focus was on supporting the(C level and first line) lead strategic team activities in the definition and initiation of new international links with other global Central Securities Depositaries, both directly and through global depositary banks.
