- Leading and mangament of the biggest company-department (up to 13 people) - Optimisation of each PM's client portfolio - Bi-weekly 1:1-meeting with each PM to discuss proplems and other development - Support with larger translation projects (technical and/or file engineering, cost calculations, time managament etc.) - Definition and implementation of new processes and products company-wide (in collaboration with other departments) - Process documentation - System Owner of the PM-tool XTRF

- Organisation, coordination and management of translation projects of all sizes into all target languages, with any tools required, in close collaboration with the client (if needed) - Development and implementation of client-specific workflows (in collaboration with Sales-department) - Member of the memoQ-support-team (both for internal and external questions/problems) - Controlling and release of larger project calculations - Process documentation - Onboarding of new colleagues

- Organisation, coordination and management of translation projects of all sizes into the target languages French and Italian - Communication between translators and the Sales-department - Recruitment of new translators - Technical support for translators and colleagues alike (CAT.Tools, MS Office, internal IT-tools) - Process documentation - Final check and release of vendor payments
