CampusAsyl is a Regensburg-based association that helps shape a diverse society. We promote equal participation for people of all backgrounds through practical action and political positioning at the same time. In over 20 groups with a wide range of activities, people from the most diverse backgrounds can meet and get involved.

IKO - mediates between science and practice in companies, offices, administrations and social organizations in questions of personnel and organizational development on the topics of intercultural competence development, intercultural opening, team development, leadership and communication, among others.

AIESEC is an international exchange organization that arranges internships and social projects for young people abroad. In Germany, we are represented at 35 locations and have 1000 volunteer student members who support us in our mission to create more intercultural understanding around the world. We work with NGOs and startups in different partner countries on projects such as education, equality, environment and culture.

"Engineers without Borders" implements projects such as renewable energies in various developing countries. As project manager I realized the "Train the Trainers"-programm in cooperation with the local partner organization. I was also in charge of accounting, PR and marketing.

With newly acquired business partners I jointly developed different organizational offers and free time experiences to help international exchange students settle down in Lisbon.

An innovative English taught programme that applies the tools of cultural analysis to the workplace, opening new career opportunities in both the public and private sector. It combines the resources of Lund University in Sweden and University of Copenhagen in Denmark.

Sprachen lernen, wirtschaftliche und politische Zusammenhänge verstehen und vertiefen, rechtliche Aspekte und Soft Skills: All das gehört wesentlich zum interdisziplinären Studiengang International Relations and Management dazu. Besonderer Fokus liegt auf interkulturelle Handlungskompetenzen, das heißt die Fähigkeit, mit Menschen anderer Kulturen erfolgreich und angemessen zusammen zu arbeiten. Großes Augenmerk lag zudem auf dem Erwerb von Soft Skills und methodischem know how.
