Recruitment : Ensure the structural coverage of the company / Training: Coordinate the correct execution of the Annual Training Plan / Compensations and benefits: Participation in Salary Surveys about company benefits./Performance Management: Manage the planning and control of employee performance, encouraging feedback, recognition and meritocracy through an evaluation methodology.

Recruitment and selection: Responsible for personnel R & S processes internally and externally. / Compensations and Benefits: Definition and implementation of variable compensation schemes, incentives for sales, executive salary review, direction of annual market surveys, annual increase salary, calculation and payment of performance bonus, valuations of new positions with different methodologies, studies of competitiveness and internal equity.

Personnel Administration - Contracting and On-Boarding/ Support to the internal communication area /Innovation of job descriptions and new incomes support/ Benefits Control (SGMM, Loans, Dining, transportation, uniforms) /Optimization of Policies and Processes of Human Resources/ Generation of the Financial Budget for the area/ Logistics of corporate institutional events/ Calculation and review of administrative staff operating time - operative/ Team Leader for Social Responsibility events
