Delivery of the Ooredoo (Wataniya) Palestine BSS Transformation Program (Ramallah, West Bank), incl. ORGA’s product suite (Rating, Billing, Voucher & SIM Mgmt, Voice & Data Control) plus 3rd-party products (Oracle CRM & Fusion, Interconnect, Roaming, Mediation, Provisioning, EBPP) Subscribers’ data migration was also in scope A BCP pre-paid rating solution (Phase 0) was delivered in only 5 months; next two phases spanned until Nov 2015 Responsible for 10M€ budget, 60+ people team over 6 locations worldwide

Delivery responsible for a WiMax/LTE billing-rating solution at Yota (St. Petersburg, Russia). It included a unique mobile-banking convergence platform, with input/output streams compliant to the financial and security protocol requirements Delivered a post-paid rating solution for TIM Brazil “Unified Rating” Project (Sao Paulo, Brazil), incl. 10M subscribers' migration and taxation customization. TIM Brazil Software Factory Manager Responsible for 10M€ budget, 60+ people team over 6 locations worldwide

Responsible for the delivery of integrated billing solutions based on BSCS. Average project size: 1.5M € project, 6-people onsite team. Provided: proposal, SOW, Estimation, RFI/RFP, Planning and Control, escalation & risk management, management of the onsite team, activity scheduling and monitoring, reporting to customer’s management, coordination of back-office activities.

Managed post-production support on the SSF (PABX monitoring system) and TMH (Traffic Statistical System) projects for Telecom Italia. Solution Manager for a joint activity with Tecosoft Spain related to HADA (DART Web) Responsible for budgets of up to 1.5M €. Provided support to the software quality department, working according to ISO 9002 standards and procedures. Worked on Telecomitalia NTM fixed-line System, STAR-GD, covering different managerial roles in the software development lifecycle.

Worked in co-operation with the Russian Project Manager in order to support re engineering, production, activity planning, testing activity for the Traffic Project for ROS-Telekom in Unix environment. Provided business and technical consultancy as well as coordination of work with the Telesoft Italia back-office teams located in Naples and Rome.
