Currently developing Green Hydrogen strategy, while supporting a Berlin based hydrogen technology and solutions company to identify and de-risk opportunities in the hydrogen value chain, from production through to consumption. Throughout 2020 my work has focused on technology, regulatory and market sector analysis of hydrogen and renewables in Germany and Europe. In 2019 I developed consulting opportunities and evaluated potential Canadian energy asset acquisitions with independent investors.

Invited to conduct market research and Business Development strategy, based on my prior operations and re-structuring work, in order to position CWL into the emerging Energy Asset Management sector. · Identified that junior to mid-size producers and energy stakeholders will require a critical need for lower cost independent Operations, A&D, Environmental Liability Management, and Re-structuring support; developed resourcing and BD strategies for CWL to address these four market sector opportunities.

Participated in the startup and direction of CLEO Energy Corp., a private Canadian energy company founded via the acquisition of an under performing oil and natural gas asset portfolio. I was responsible for strategic direction and re-structuring of Field Operations, Asset Integrity, HSER, A&D and financing valuations. · Grew production 40% by base asset optimization via $2.7 Million in projects; results yielded an incremental annual net operating income of $6 Million.

Responsible for managing oil and natural gas operations across Western Canada. I was posted in a direct field-based operations role through 2012 and 2013 working on equipment, production and cost optimization. · Managed a total production volume of 15,000 boed derived from sweet to critically sour natural gas, liquids rich gas, and heavy to light grade oil fields across three provinces and various operations teams.

Responsible for developing economic evaluations, medium to long-range capital and production models, and infrastructure studies for ARC’s Canadian energy portfolio. The work advised executive management on asset opportunities, and steered ARC’s $800 Million to $1 Billion annual capital expenditure budget.

Conducted resource and economic evaluations for exploration and development, transaction advisory, year-end reporting, and financing requirements. Evaluated over $5 Billion worth of assets and consulted for exploration and production companies, midstream transmission operators, and financial institutions. Entered as a Junior Evaluator and progressed to Supervisor overseeing a multi-disciplinary evaluation team.

Planned and supervised the execution of geotechnical engineering studies, earthworks projects and field testing and construction at oil and gas developments; held the position of assistant department HSE officer. Projects varied from compressor station and pipeline developments, to large refinery, oil sand mine and SAGD expansions in northern Canada.

Conducted geotechnical and environmental engineering studies (Phase I and II ESAs). Projects included auger and core logging investigations to delineate geological site conditions, soil sampling and testing programs, and installation of environmental and groundwater monitoring equipment, piezometers, and slope stability instruments. Also conducted construction monitoring and materials testing.

Processed high voltage electrical equipment orders for AltaLink's power-line and substation contractors. This included preparing poles, towers, transformers, insulators, cable and other materials for transport; operated a boom lift to move this equipment and load it on trailers.

Technical and commercial aspects of renewable energy technologies including Solar (PV, CSP, Thermal), Wind, Bio-energy, Hydro and Hybrid Energy systems. Topics included resource assessment, system sizing, cost estimating, component selction, and grid impact.
